Changed "Reservation"


I made a "reservation" over the phone 10 days in advance. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick-up, I got an email changing the time and place of the pick-up. When I called to complain the managers were rude and surly. They couldn't even understand why I had a problem! No one tried to help or was even nice! Needless to say, I had to change all of my plans at the last minute to get the move done because it was during a time when college kids move in and out so I had no choice. They need to look up the words"reservation" and "customer service" in the dictionary. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them.
