0 My name is Maria Palmisano and I am with U-Haul International. I first want to offer you my apology for the inconvenience you experienced with your U-Haul reservation. Although we strive for 100% satisfaction, there are times we may need to offer other options as far as an alternate pick up time or location. I’m sorry if this was not offered to you. Having to offer other options can be due to our previous customer not returning the truck on time or dropped at a different location, as well as equipment malfunction. If you still have an unresolved issue, I would be happy to research the information for you and get you in touch with the proper office that can help with your concerns. Please send me the name of the lessee listed on your reservation along with the date and address of the U-Haul location you were supposed to rent from. You titled your post: Have no standards-U-Haul Rental. Please enter the same title on the subject line of the email you send me so I’m able to refer back to your original posting.
