U-haul in East Asheville, NC (Swannanoa River Road) charged me 1320 dollars mistakenly thinking that I had requested that my U-boxes be shipped from NC to Oregon. This was not the case. I never indicated that I would like them shipped nor did I schedule a date for them to be shipped. Not having 1320m dollars in my checking account, my account has been overdrafted and I've been charged 35 dollars due to a company's mistake. The 1320 dollars are being refunded, but now I'm left to deal wit the 35 dollar fee. Although 35 dollars is not much, it's just another hassle to go with all the others u-haul has caused us. If this 35 dollars could be made right, I would greatly appreciate it.
