To whom it may concern.

My name id Djenane Saint Juste and my contract number is:U-Haul Contract 90379153.

On Sunday May 24th I use one of your truck and I paid $58.54 using my debit card. The next day I went to the Maplewood location the employee Xai Yang Told me that I need to pay an extra $36.05. I pay him immediately with a check and he didn't give me any receipt because he said he didn't know how to access the system that he will send me something through email.

The next day I check my bank account and the transaction for the $58.54 and the $36.05 was all clear. And I call to make sure that they send me a receipt and they did. This morning I received a new invoice telling me that I owe $66.00 for late fee. I have been talking with 4 different people today and no one was able to attend me properly or to give me a clear answer or to care of that matter. There was no manager available to take care of the situation. I am not happy with the service of Uhaul and I think that you have really mediocre customer services and you are charging people more than what they suppose to pay.
