User comment: uHaul and false Guarantee
My name is Maria Palmisano and I am with U-Haul International. I want to first offer you my sincere apology for the inconvenience you experienced with your U-Haul transaction. Our goal is always to make your move easier since we realize moving can be a stressful time. I would like the opportunity to research your concerns further and offer you an appropriate response. Please be advised if we have confirmed your reservation with a pick up location, time, and size of equipment and then we fail to fill your confirmed request, we pay our customer $50 for that failure. I need to know the date of your reservation and/or rental, the address of the U-Haul location involved and the name of the lessee listed on the agreement.
