U-haul is very misleading with their insurance and their insurance agents are very nasty! One of their customers hit my parked vehicle, U-Haul informed their insurance that the insurance this person paid for only covers their vehicle so the customers insurance company called us and is fixing our vehicle. Three weeks after the fact U-Hauls insurance company contacted me and proceeded to tell me they are not covering my vehicle and I should not assume that anyone is covering it! Wow, I told them why are we having this conversation if they are not fixing my truck and my claim is not even being fixed by them of course and hung up, they are very unprofessional and downright nasty! After this incident I would never consider using uhaul for anything.
